It's all free and you can keep track of everything related to your health.
Nutrition guides and fitness programs are just some of their features. They also have a message board where you can share opinions and ask questions.
Honestly I don't hang out too much at these places but I like checking them out. It's always good to keep up with new information and you learn a lot.
And as always you are welcome to tell us your favorite fitness hang out in cyberspace.
