Few are as active as kids. They climb on anything, sofas, chairs, run around, they do everything but sit still.

I came across an article about building a home ceiling-mounted kids gym and climbing wall, and I thought it was a great idea. If you have active kids or if you want to encourage them to exercise this is a fun option.

As kids loves to climb on things they will love this as well. It´s adjusted to their height and there is a challenge for everyone. It´s not too complicated and the limitation as to what your kids can do is really up to you.
