Forever young?

I am not as fit as I was when I was fifteen, nor am I not that skinny girl that I was when I was 18. But I am older and wiser. But being older and wiser doesn't automatically mean healthier. As time pass by I am also getting older and my body seems to get more tired for each year that pass.
When we are young we think we will be forever young. We don't think about when we are ten years older or that our bodies will start aging as well when our age number increase.
Unfortunately, some might say, we will never be forever young. I am thankful for that. As we get older we get wiser and if we are wise enough we will understand that we need to take more care of ourselves as time goes on.
It is said that after twenty five our ability to build muscles decrease so that means we need to work even harder to maintain the muscles we already have. Sounds a little scary I think, but it also motivates me to stay in shape.
Waiting until tomorrow to start that exercise routine will mean that you are one day older. Why wait? Work on staying young instead. I have realized I am not getting any younger, have you or do you think you will stay forever young?
