Get angry and get fit
Many of us give up when we hit the plateau after working out for a few months. We don´t see any difference in what we do so we simply give up.

Well I don´t know about you but every time that I get upset or angry I start cleaning and exercising. I get so much energy out of being angry that my husband thinks I should get angry more often so our house always is spotless.

Instead of munching away and feeling sorry for yourself when you hit the plateau then why don't you get angry at yourself?
Get angry and say "hey it's time to get fit and not fat, sitting here munching isn't going to make you fit!" so you get up and exercise instead.

You are not supposed to live in anger and be unhappy but only force yourself in a way that will make you get up and move. It's OK to get angry once in a while if it's for a good reason and getting yourself fit is an excellent reason.

How do you use your anger when something happens that makes you angry? Maybe you can transfer some of that anger to get yourself moving. Every time you get angry you exercise and afterwards you will feel so good and you will have used the energy in a good way. Get angry and get fit.
But only at yourself, not at somebody else.
