Get fit with the neighbors
Too many families spend the weekend at home, doing nothing. They watch TV, relax, eat nice food and do nothing.
These families usually have that little conscience nagging them in the back of their head that they should be doing something.
But what?

If this is a situation you find yourself in during weekends then be sure to know you are not the only one. Have you talked to your neighbors or friends? Perhaps they face the same dilemma as soon as Saturday comes closer.

Here is an idea:
Talk to your friends and neighbors and decide that you will get together every weekend, Saturday or Sunday and do some activities together. Each weekend a different family is in charge of what you will do, so the activities will rarely be the same.

This is great fun for the kids and an excellent opportunity for the parents to have a grown up conversation. Relaxing doesn't necessarily mean staying at home watching TV. It can be just as relaxing playing badminton with the kids. And on top it's a much better choice.

Are you involved in any activities with your friends or neighbors?
