Start playing volleyball!
Volleyball or beach volleyball is great for your coordination and body. As you are in a constant move your body gets a real workout and your legs especially. If you play beach volleyball then even more so. Walking in the sand can be tiring, imagine how tiring it is to run around in the sand after a ball.
If you play beach volleyball you will have that summer feeling most of the time, a very nice feeling if you ask me. There are many sport clubs that offers volleyball and beach volleyball if not then why not set up your own team of friends? This is also a great friend sport and can be a way for you and a friend to spend some time together doing something fun.
Volleyball- the fun, fit and friendly sport, sounds good doesn't it?
