About a month ago I signed up with Traineo.com to track my training. And I have to say it´s quite addictive. I honestly haven´t used it much but once again looking at it I have decided to make it my initial page from now on.
At Traineo.com you first of all set your goals. How much do you want to lose? Traineo will work out a daily calorie amount for you. Do remember that sometimes these counting's aren´t accurate. You then log your exercise and how much you eat. You can always check your logs and see how your training was last week for instance.
You can add friends to motivate you and you them. You can easily see their, and anyone else's, profile and motivate them. You can send them daily "water bottles" with motivational wisdom, all to make sure they get fit with you.
There are also groups related to that you can join as well as a forum.
I think this is a great way to motivate yourself, I like the layout and the way the site is built. It´s easy to navigate and a great way to meet others that are health interested.
