It is summer in most parts of the world.
That means longer days, more time to do things.

Of course you should enjoy your holiday but that doesn´t mean lying on the beach only.
Summer is the time when most people try to get outside, which is great. That also means that you can find bargains that is offered only for the summer, your time to get summer-fit smart

Check out if your local gym has a discount for the summer. Sometimes if you become a temporarily member you can get a better price when joining later.

I´m not sure how it works in other parts of the world but if you go to sweden you will find people exercising in groups in the park. They are doing Friskis & Svettis, which is one of the major health clubs in Sweden. At summertime they offer free classes for everyone in the local park.
Why not check if your local health club has got something similar? Friskis & Svettis are active in several parts of the world.

It is also possible to get a good deal on fitness clothes for the winter.
Internet shopping can also save you some money if you can´t find what you are looking for in your local shop.

Why not make a list of sports you have never tried but would like to. Make a promise to yourself that you will try at least 3 of them this summer and at least a few times each. Next year you do the same thing, that means your summers will always be different and full with exercise.
You might even get a new favorite sport.

Do sports that you can´t do in winter time, such as inline skating and outdoor cycling.

The summer is full of opportunities, it is just for you to grab them and make the most of what the summer has to offer.
