Maybe it's time for a detox?
For me a detox is a way to get rid of the bad things going through my body. With bad things I mean all that unnecessary water and toxins.
There are different detox-menus to do. If you go to your local health store you will find plenty of options.
You can go on a juice detox, herb detox among others. The aim is to cleanse your body and get rid of that extra water you are carrying around.
I have never done a proper detox to be honest. I'm a coward when it comes to pain and the side effects can be headache and bad body odor. And I've tried giving up coffee and that didn't work.
But when I feel that I've had to much of the good stuff in life then I start drinking a lot of water and reduce my sugar and salt intake and I eat more vegetables. After about 2 days I feel lighter and in a better mood. And of course my clothes fits better as I'm not floating like a balloon any longer and my skin gets clearer.
We should always try to listen to our body, sometimes it's telling us more than we think. If you are really interested in doing a detox, make sure you get good information on how to before you start. A detox is not something that should be done too often, instead we should eat healthy on a regular basis.
Consult your doctor before to be on the safe side.

Very nice story of your personal detox routine and how it benefits you. I have enjoyed the detox cleansing products available also and often try the free trials that are available online. Thanks
