Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!
Easter is here and as with all holidays it's food time.
Indulging. Snacking, excuses to snack a little extra.

Don't worry I use it too, the well know excuse: "but it's only once a year".
Thankfully it doesn't last as long as Christmas.

And there is nothing wrong in snacking a bit extra as long as you make sure you don't overeat and exercise a bit afterwards.

Because it's a holiday you might have to spend it with family and friends and think that it will be difficult for you to exercise.
There are some simple things you can do though, even for the kids.
Take everyone for a walk, windy, wet, snowy, sunny, what ever the weather a walk is good for all of us. Why not make it into a game?
Play a game where you have to move a lot, tagging or something like that. Dancing is always nice, why not play some music, arrange a dance competition or dance just for fun.

When everyone else are resting, use the stairs to burn some extra calories, take the dog for a walk, do some stretching or go for a run.
By doing some exercises you will feel much better and not need to rest so much and all that food will digest easier.

But the most important thing is to have a nice Holiday!
