Having a bad day?

You wake up, look in the mirror and see that this morning is not beginning very well. You don't look good, and you definitely feel like going back to bed. But don't do that!

Instead refill your body with good vitamins and energy. Having a good breakfast will make you feel good again and gives your body energy to get through the day.
Don't feel like eating breakfast? Have a vitamin shake instead. Skip the coffee, have that later.

Get up and do some exercise and you will soon feel better. If you prefer to eat your breakfast after exercising remember to have a steady but healthy breakfast.

Don't let that first impression in front of the mirror get you down. Having a bad day is something we all go through. But we can change it, it is usually optional.

Have a nice day!
