Health goals

Sometimes we take our health for granted. Our body, can it really handle everything we do? If we neglect our body and it's need for too long, what will happen?
We will get ill, because one day our body will say no.
Have you ever sat down and thought about how you treat your body?
If your eating habits are good, how your body is benefiting from what you eat, the clothes your wear. The clothes? Yes, what about our poor feet that has to stand up all day, for women usually in high heels? And tight clothes or unsuitable clothes?
And exercising? I bet that out of 10 people at least 7 says they don't exercise. I think that the human being is a bit lazy actually. I am , I can admit it, but I prefer to say that I am convenient. It sounds so much better.
Do you have any health goals?
Maybe you want to live longer? But without exercising and with bad eating habit you are not likely to live long.
Sometimes we need to do a little check-up on our selves..
Here are some questions you could answer to yourself:
How are my eating habits?
When was the last time I had a check-up?
How am I feeling? Energetic, tired, breathless?
Do I need to loose/gain weight? How do I do that?
I want to be healthy because..... * I want to travel, have kids, be an active granny, live longer..etc*
Do I do things that makes me happy?
How can I accomplish my health goal?
From there you continue your way to a healthy lifestyle. Add questions and answers, take the time to answer and change the list a few times a year. We all change and our body too, our goals might change as well. Our focus is on something else after a few months.
Set your health goals and it will be much easier to live a happy energetic life
