I want to stop!

I want to stop!

When you start an exercise routine after a long break it's difficult in the beginning. How many of us haven't said: I want to stop! This especially happens when your new exercise routine involves running.

In the beginning it is so tiring and many give up after only a week. Well don't!
Hang in there another five or six weeks and you will find that it gets so much easier. When we start a new routine, we need time to get use to it. It's like as if you start a new job; your brain needs time to take everything in. Maybe you haven't exercised your brain in a while so in the beginning you are a bit slow on catching up. Your body is like that too, it needs time to get used to the new routines.

So don“t give in just yet, hang in there a few weeks more. You will be proud of yourself afterwards and you will see how much better you feel.
