Inner peace and calm
When was the last time you felt really calm? When you felt true inner peace?

We live in a very stressed world today and sometimes it's difficult to catch up with our selves. I tend to forget about myself often and think of others and things that has to be done. After stressing around for some time my body starts saying, hey take it easy. It's not always following my hectic lifestyle.

We haven't got time to relax any longer, we don't take the time to find our selves. "Finding ourselves" is something we do after we are in our 30's or older.
We delay everything because we think it can be done tomorrow or in the future.

And our body, how is it coping with all stress?
How is it coping with all the "I'll do it later, I haven't got time today"?

Finding inner peace and calm might seem a bit "strange, geeky, loopy, what ever you want to call it" but I believe that it is truly needed for us to succeed in life.
But we must come to an understanding that it is different for each one of us. What is peace and calm to me might not be the same for you.
We can not compare our inner stress level as well.

If you have inner peace you will be more energetic and have more energy to exercise. So these things come hand in hand I think.
Take a moment and think through how you value your inner peace.
