But, what to do, we have to do it to get a strong stomach.
There might be a cure for that now. Now you can do sit ups the other way around. By doing it the opposite way.
It's called sit-backs actually. Just the name makes it sound better I think.
I haven't tried it yet so I can't really tell you if it works but Karen Voight will explain how to do sit-backs.
