Is salt impairing your weight loss?
We all know that salt isn´t good for us. It´s not good for the heart or the body at all we often hear, but our body also needs it.
On a hot summer day we have to make sure our body gets salt and sugar as we sweat a lot. But how much do we need? Well it is said that we should get all our needs from natural food. Vegetables etc.

It is also said that salt can impair your weight loss. So if you lower your salt intake you will loose those last kilos you are struggling with. But I cannot tell you if it is true as I´ve never tried it for that reason. I don´t see why it wouldn´t be true though, remembering detoxing.

I did actually reduce our salt intake at home. My husband is very addicted to both salt and sugar and somehow i have managed to reduce it to half. Without him complaining, eventually you get used to eating less salt. It´s the beginning that is difficult. By using other condiments you can replace some of the salt and get new tasty flavours to your food.

I found some different opinions about salt intake and what it does to our body telling us to kick it! Interesting reading!

Do you use to much salt or have you kicked it? Do you think it is impairing your weight loss?
