It's not the food you eat, it's the exercise you do
When we notice that our clothes don't fit as they used to we immediately say we need to cut down on what we eat. And that's where many go wrong. Why do we think it's the food we eat? Why don't we say we need to exercise more?

It is not the food you eat, it's the exercise you do. Or don't do.

Instead of suffering and limiting yourself to what you can and cannot eat why don't you exercise a bit more and cut down on the extra snacking? Of course the food is important, the better you eat the better you will feel. And sweets and junk food is no good to anyone. But if you already eat well, then it can't be the food surely?

I think, and probably many with me, that too many people focus on food and put the exercise aside. You can lose all the kilos you want with fancy diets but if you don't exercise you will never really healthy. Our bodies need exercise, we are not built to only sit on a chair all day or snack in front of the TV everyday.

I know I'd rather walk an extra mile or two than counting calories all day long, what about you?
