Joining a Gym

Unfortunately no Fairy will appear to save you so you'll just have to make it on your own.
First find a gym that suits you, many gym are for women only if that feels better. Some gym are more relaxed, some more upper class. Go and have a look, talk to the trainers and the members.
Once you've decided which gym to join book an appointment with a personal trainer
if that is included in your membership. Many gyms offer free consultations and program, make sure you use it.The PT, personal trainer, will talk to you about your goals and set up an appropriate program for you to reach that goal. After a few weeks you meet up again to reassess your program.
This is very effective and will get you in shape in no-time.
Don't be afraid to ask other members for help if you need, everyone has been new so they know what it feels like.
It's fun to work out in a gym, you get to know other people that has the same goals as you: to be fit and healthy!
So if you haven't yet joined a gym, go on! You might actually like it!
