When are you going to get off that couch and do something with your life?
Tomorrow? Next week? Never?
Well the days fly by and before you know it you will have missed lots of opportunities to get a stronger, better life.
If you belong to the group of people that says; I'll do it tomorrow then let me tell you; It better to do what we can today because we never know what tomorrow will bring.
OK, you've heard that one before but it's so true!
I am really good at delaying things, especially things that seems boring or things that will make me tired. Like exercise.
Only that I tend to forget that afterward I'll feel so much better.
So if you are delaying to do things just like me then stop today!
Jump!
Do what you can today and rest tomorrow instead!
