Kids and nutrition
Being a child or a teenager isn´t easy as we all know.

As a teenager you usually think that limits are unnecessary.
One thing that comes with that is eating, the hunger can be overwhelming sometimes. Kids and teenagers need to eat more than adults due to growing but that can also make you as a parent, worried. Maybe you see that your child is eating all the time and doesn´t seem to have any limits.

As a parent we always worry that our kids aren´t eating enough or that they are eating too much. It can also be hard for a parent to deny their child extra food which can lead to overweight. Or you can have the opposite problem, your child isn´t eating enough.

Don´t worry too much. First read this guide from the Food Fitness about how much kids and teenagers needs to eat everyday. There you will find plenty of good advice.

You can read about how much your kids is supposed to eat and what kinds of food. After you have read that you can start to worry about changing your kids eating habits.
You can also read about fitness and nutrition for your kids over at Kids Health. Kids health is a page that has lots of information for parents about nutrition and fitness for kids.

If you are still worried after reading all this, then consult your Doctor to see if your child needs special attention when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
