Knowing your ideal weight
Dieting is something so normal today in our society that we don´t even raise our eyebrows when someone says they are dieting. Instead we ask what diet they are on.

Even though it is so normal it will still be the first time for someone.

But before you start thinking about what diet you should do or how you want to lose weight you should take a look at what your ideal weight is.

Knowing your ideal weight is good so that you don´t have to stress your self too much and you can avoid possible illnesses.

It´s easy to calculate you BMI.

• Your height 7 * 2. ( 1,80 * 1,80 = 3,24)
• Your weight in kilogram (120 kilos)
• Divide your weight by your height. ( 120/3,24 = 37)
• Your BMI is 37 which indicates that you are over weight.

BMI scale is as follows:

Underweight: less than 18,5
Ideal Weight: 18,5-25
Overweight: 25-30
Obese: 30-40
Very obese: Higher than 40.

If you are a bit lazy and don´t want to do the calculations your self then you can do them at Weight loss resources.
