Exercises For Everyone

It is so easy to decide to get fit and start a healthy life. We start with good intentions but end up not fulfilling our promises to ourselves.
Having a little list to motivate you can help you to continue your new healthy life. These lists have helped many people so I´m sure they can motivate you too. It is really simple; list why you want to be healthy and what it will do for you.
Examples of what you can write on your list:
*It makes me feel so good about myself
*In the end I will be able to buy new clothes
*I become happier as I exercise regularly
*It makes me sleep better at night
*I get more energetic with means I get more things done and save time.
And so on. List how exercise is beneficial to you. Read the list everyday or as often as you feel the need to. Put it in a place where you will see it often.
Do you think lists like these are a bit silly and don´t actually work? Well you might be surprised actually once you start thinking it through and make one yourself.
You won't know until you try and a little motivation can´t do any harm now can it?
