Low Impact Exercises in an Above Ground Pool

Walking is probably one of simplest of all fitness regimes. You can set your pace, and if you start slowly and surely, the likelihood of injuries is very minimal. You don't need any equipment except for a comfortable outfit which you probably already have, and a pair of good walking shoes. You can go and do a round of walking when and as often as you like. These are just some of the reasons why walking is an ideal starting point to a fitness regime
However, for some people who cannot take the (already relatively low) impact of walking on the joints, a great alternative form of exercise is swimming. The water supports the body's weight and is thus kinder to the joints and back, making it an ideal form of aerobic exercise among the pregnant, elderly and those recovering from injuries, although swimming as a form of exercise, is great for everyone. If you don't have access to a lap pool, you can set up above ground pool on your lawn, and do water aerobic exercises instead with routines that mimic running, biking, weight lifting & more. Get fit, minus the impact on your joints!
