But is it really necessary to wear makeup when working out?
Some say more natural is better, that it´s suppose to look like you haven´t put anything on.
Anastasia from Bellaonline says: ¨What I learned after many many years of practicing karate is that, for the most part, men really don't care if a woman wears makeup or tight spandex when she's exercising¨.
Could it be that easy? That men actually don´t care whether or not you are wearing makeup in the gym? That will take off a lot of pressure for many women.
Well there are a few things you can do to look natural in the gym, one is obviously to not put any makeup on. Once you learn how to not wear makeup, and it can be a learning process for some women, it can actually be quite relieving not to wear any and still feel beautiful. You might actually be surprised on how you get compliments for your natural beauty.
One tip is to use a tinted moisturizer or a sweat proof moisturizer.
You can also use waterproof mascara and if you want to use eyeshadow, go for a more creamy version that doesn´t smudge after a while.
Lipstick? Not really necessary but some women can´t stay without it.
With these tips in mind, remember that your skin will thank you if you skip the makeup in the gym.
Do you use makeup in the gym?

I agree. We don't really have to look good during workout. If you don't want people to see you at your worst, then your house is probably the best place to do extreme workout without the pressure of looking good and presentable.

I don't think it's even necessary to do so since working out means sweating. It would be useless to put on make up just to see it washed out by sweat.
