Menopause- Sweat it out!

Menopause- Sweat it out!

Entering into puberty is hard for anyone, girl or boy. But what about entering into menopause for a woman? This can happen to younger women as well as those after 45. Realizing the chance of you becoming a mother again is slim to non existing and having to deal with all your hormones flying all over the place.

Many women think the only thing they can do is to eat more progesterone to level their hormones. Taking progesterone is a good start but there are more things you can do. Sweat it out!

Our bodies need exercise and when menopause comes we might think all we can do it wait for the phase to pass and continue with our lives. That would be great but if you prefer to not be a grumpy nagging woman then deal with it and add some exercise into your life! Exercise makes us happy we know that so of course it should be a part of your life.

Yoga is said to have miraculous effects on menopause. By practicing special yoga for women and menopause you will find the balance in your life that you feel is missing when menopause hits you.

How you eat and sleep is also important, you could try sleeping therapy to see if that will help you. Acupuncture is also said to be good as well as natural remedies. You can contact a specialist homeopath to find natural remedies to combat your hormones. Stress and smoking will not help you so try and delete that from your life.

Going through menopause can be a pain but there are ways to make the transition easier. Go and talk to your doctor and join the nearest gym or yoga center. And afterwards you can hopefully enjoy a more happy life.

Thank goodness for sites like this. All the links for online information on menopause are extremely helpful.

I have actually found help for relief of my own menopause issues from a women’s health program found from WomenToWomen (http://www.womentowomen.com/). Note their whole section on menopause found at: http://www.womentowomen.com/menopause/default.aspx and understanding those menopausal symptoms whether pre- or post- menopause!

Read this, read everything and thank you to those who open this communication on menopause!
