More stomach exercises

This weekend I have been so ill that it´s not even funny. And my whole body can feel it but especially my stomach muscles. And it is all from coughing. It feels as if I have been through a rigorous workout that concentrated only on my abs.

So to share some of this pain, I will share some abs exercises with you.
It is good if you from the beginning understand what your core does for you. It is what keeps you straight up.

What we sometimes forget when we have some extra ¨layer¨ on our belly, is that the abs exercises are still important and will help you when you have lost that fat. You can still have a strong stomach even if you think it´s all fat. So don´t stop doing all those sit ups because you think it is not making any difference. It is, and it´s a vital part of your exercise schedule.

Well don´t go to the extreme, you are not supposed to cry.
If you are a man you might like to read about Shawn Phillips who has written a book about how to build your best abs. There is a nice image gallery as well. The photos are very good.

Women usually don´t want too noticeable abs so they go a bit easier on the training than men but of course as you know it is possible for a woman to get big abs as well. A general thorough work out is always good so try to improve all the time and do different exercises.

Have fun, I´m sure it´s better than coughing for a few days. I won´t be doing any ab exercises for at least a week now!
