Morning exercise
Exercising in the morning can seem like a pain for many. Why would you like to get up and get sweaty when you could be staying in bed snoozing a bit longer?

I don't mind getting up in the morning to exercise. Of course I prefer to stay inside, I do believe that the human in lazy by nature so why would I be any different? But once you set your mind to it and start dragging yourself out of bed early you start to like it.

It's quiet in the morning, you can enjoy gathering your thoughts by yourself. It's an excellent thing to get yourself focused on the day and work out everything you need to do in your mind before you go to work.
And as a bonus you get energy and burn more calories.

So should you eat before or not? That is a question for many. Well I prefer not to, a small glass of water and I'm off. But do you really burn more calories if you work out in the morning? Well the truths and the myths are widely discussed.

Difficult to take that first step? Well just do it! Get out of bed early for a few days and you will get used to it and probably appreciate it!
And it could actually help you prevent a snack attack later in the day.
