Motivation cards
We all go through a time when we lack motivation and don´t know how to get it again.
We think that time will cure it , but will it really?

Why not use motivation cards?
Simply write down goals you want to achieve on a piece of paper. Then you write small motivation notes on small cards. It can be something like:

*100 extra steps will get you far.
*It´s better for your bum to take the stairs.
*Lying in bed won´t burn any calories.
*Be happy and burn more calories. ( If you are happy you have more energy and burn more calories)
*Strong legs come from walking a lot.
*You look so good in that fitness outfit!
*I want to wear those jeans!
*Clear your lungs and clear your mind

Well and so on. There are many things you can write on your small cards. You will know better than anyone what triggers you off to exercise.

When you have written your little cards. You can either place them strategically in your house or you can look at one cards each morning to get you going. Keep the card with you all day.
Or maybe you know someone who wants motivated, send them an e-card!
All that motivation will make you get up on that dark morning to exercise.
