Mountain and glacier climbing
Many people dream about climbing mount everest.

It's a dream that is full filled by few.
But what do you really need to do to climb a mountain? In what physical condition do you need to be?

In a very good one! I would say that if I ever wanted to climb a mountain I would have to be in very good physique. So I can imagine that behind climbing a mountain like Mount Everest lies endless amounts of hours of training.
I would spend hours on the treadmill, and a good few lifting weights as well.
And I would also talk to a professional end experienced climber.

There are special mountaineering schools for those wanting to do this.
They will teach you everything there is to know about mountain climbing.
You can find climbing schools and tours all over the world for you to enjoy a pleasant but probably tiring experience.

There are more things to think about than just being in top form. You need to have all the necessary accessories as well with you, gloves, ropes etc.

Everything for a safe reach to the top.

So if mountain climbing is on your list of things you want to do then I'd suggest you better start training if you haven't already started.
