Mountain bike riding
Have you ever taken your bike for a ride in the forest? If you haven't I can tell you that it's great fun!

When I was a teenager I took my old bike for rides in the forest all the time. When I finally got a Mountain bike it became so much better.
Why did I like it so much? Because it's like freedom kick when you ride on your steel horse through the open forest. Up and down the hills.

If you are really serious about this you can take it one step further and discover special trails for this. There are trails all over the world!

As for all exercises you need proper clothes. In this case a helmet and comfortable stretchy clothes are essential. A good bike is necessary and something you need to invest in. You can get your own special build bike if you really want as well. You have to take care of it like a baby, changing parts every now and then.

Mountain bike riding is excellent if you want to loose some kilos and have fun at the same time. You can go by yourself or with someone else. You will see new scenery's and who knows, you might actually get a bit addicted.

So if you haven't tried yet, I really recommend you to go for a ride if you have the chance.
