I try to eat quite healthily during the week but there is one day I don't limit myself.
Sunday is my food off day. If you try to eat right you don't have to limit yourself, you only have to make choices.
On Sundays I don't think about whether or not I am eating , if it's high in sugar or low in carb. I just eat.
No I don't stuff myself, I don't go crazy and eat whatever just because it's Sunday.
Remember; Sundays a No Limits day.
