No more colds!
During the last two weeks I have not been treating my body the way I should. It's been badly neglected and has been coping with a lot of stress.

Result: I woke up this morning with a very soar throat and I am feeling a bit weak. I am sure this has to do with me not taking the time to eat properly and not exercising.

How could I've prevented this? Well by eating a balanced diet to start with. I haven't taken the time to eat instead I've been stressing around. I should have eaten regularly and make sure that the food was nutritious.
And I should have done some more exercise.

Well now it's too late and I can only try not to spread it to my family. So now I wash my hands all the time not to spread any germs, no kissinglinks mommy for my son, and take extra care when I cook.

For me to recover I will have to eat, a balanced diet of course, make sure I rest and sleep more, drink lots of water, and try not to stress. Thankfully I am not a party girl so I don't have to worry about not drinking alcohol, but if you have to go to a party it's best if you don't drink any alcohol. When socializing with others, keep your hands away from your nose and mouth to not spread your germs around.

Take some extra vitamins. I am going to make some juice with Acerola. Acerola has one of the highest levels of Vitamin C and is very good if you are ill.

To easy your symptoms you can use a decongestant, antihistamine and painkillers. Be sure to inform yourself on dosage! An extra garlic at dinner time probably won't do any harm.
Try and stay away from coffee and tea for at least a day. If you don't get better then you'll have to go to the Doctor!

No more stressing around for me, no more colds! *cough, cough*
