Nothing like fresh air

When was the last time you took a walk in the morning and felt that chilly air waking you up? I love to go walking in the morning. After a little while you get all warm and your senses wake up and prepare you for a new day.
If you are having a difficult time you will see that the daily walks will help you start your day in a better mood and you will handle the difficult situation better. It will give you energy as well as bring calm to an upset
mind. Try waking up a little bit earlier and go for a walk before heading off to work. You might find it´s the absolute exercise for you.
