One of those days…?

Are you having one of those days when you feel like doing absolutely nothing?
You don´t want to get up and definitely don´t get out of the house or force yourself to go to the gym.
Well, you know what? Why don´t you take the day off?
Pressurizing yourself to exercise is not a good thing in the long run. To take a day or two off once in a while won´t do you any harm. Try and relax instead and enjoy your day off.
If you have to go to work then try to stay calm and don´t let yourself feel bad for not going to the gym afterwards.
Have a treat and take care of yourself for the day. Tomorrow you can continue with your work, school, exercise and everything else that is a must.
I am taking the day off today. Today is a holiday in Brazil and I am going to enjoy it by not doing much at all.
