Partying is the thing in college
Yes, partying is usually a big thing in college.

When you go to college there are normally lots of parties to go to and little time for exercise.
Time is being spend studying and when the weekend comes it´s time to grab that not so nutritional drink and have some fun. Well obviously that depends how you define fun.

Well I have been there, done that just like most of you. But there are simple ways to fit in a little bit of exercise in between the time spent studying geography and math.

The simple "take the stairs instead of using the elevator" trick is applicable. Get yourself a skipping rope and take a ten minute break and burn some calories as well as get smarter.

The good thing is that when you are in college there are usually sport teams you can sign of for and have some fun with your friends. Somehow that feels easier than when you work full time.

You are supposed to have fun in college and I totally understand those not wanting to skip any parties during that time. Just remember that the way we treat our body now will affect us in the long run. So why not make a deal with yourself, three hours of exercise every week and you can party at the weekend? Then go and read up on how alcohol affects your body and training...

Have fun, those days will never come again.
