At FoodFit.com you can subscribe to their newsletter with healthy recipes and tips.
They have weekly menus that you can get inspiration from and of course they provide you with recipes as well.
You will even be given a shopping list so that you know exactly what you need. Good isn't it? I like that feature. They will tell you how long it will take to prepare the food and how many calories etc it contains.
If you have diabetes they are now introducing a diabetes section for healthy living for you to take part of.
You can also sign up and get their newsletter and health plan and participate in their community where you can find others just like you to talk about healthy eating.
So now you have no excuse for not preparing your healthy meals. Now you have a good tool to help you plan a healthy week.
