Racquetball

Do you like intense sport and action? Something that keeps you alert all the time and that burns lots of calories?

Then racquetball might be something for you. When you play racquetball you have to be alert and run after the ball fast.

Racquetball is played inside, a short racquet is used to hit a hollow rubber ball.
Using the 4 surrounding walls is part of the game. Players stand at the same side and use the walls and the ceiling to score.
Women Sports Foundation explains:
The players face the front wall while one player begins play by serving off that wall (using their racquet). The ball is then hit, alternately, between the two individuals. A point is scored when an opponent does not return the ball against the front wall before hitting another wall.
The rules are good to know if you want to be part of the game.
