Relax a little

to relax we need to make sure we grab the opportunities when they come.Everyone is different and we all have different ways of relaxing.
I like to read a book or get a massage. If I had a bathtub I'd probably be spending some time relaxing there as well. A hot bath can relax anyone!
Find out what makes you relax and make sure you do it as often as you can.
Remember to take care of yourself. You have many days to work but little time to relax.
