Reward yourself with a fitness book

I like to read all kinds of books, but my favorites are criminal books or health books. A criminal book such as one by Ruth Rendell is nice because then you can just read yourself into another world. Reading a book about health is interesting and at the same time very good because you learn a lot. Obviously depending on what kind of book it is and how useful the information will be.
If you are looking for fitness or health books there are several places on the net you can find them.
Pinguin.co.uk has several categories and you can find a small selection on good health and mind books to inspire you.
AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates) has a good variety of books about health and fitness.
Amazons collection of training books are is a good start if you want to get a book for yourself or someone else.
I tried using Bookfinder.com and got some good results for some books. You can always use that if you are looking for a book. You can choose your destination and the price will be included shipping which I liked. The shipping cost to Brazil is up to 3 times more than the book so I won't be buying any books but it's good to know.
Most people have heard of Barnes & Noble so of course I must mention them as well. Their Diet & Health section and fitness section contains many good books worth reading.
Giving yourself or someone else a book about health and fitness is an excellent choice of reward after a month of good intensive training. You can see it as a motivator. Find a book you really want to read, decide what you need to do in order to get it. For example; you need to train at least 4 times a week 60-90 minutes for a month to get it. Then you deserve a reward, and what better than learning more about your body? It's an investment.
