Saturday Dinner
Saturday and you´re thinking about that special dinner that is so common on Saturdays. On Saturdays we relax and eat something nice and caloric. Caloric?
No don´t worry, there are plenty of good food you can eat without feeling bad. I´ve found some delicious recipies that are both helthy and not too caloric.

Why not have a Sunset Salmon Grapefruit and Avocado Salad as a Starter? Salmon and Avocado are full with good fat and vitamins. Just reduce the oil and it will be even better.

As a main, why not have a Rosemary Chicken with some extra side salad or quinoa? Or serve Stuffed Pumpkin Pilaf if you want to go veggie.

Of course you have to treat yourself to a dessert! I always make sure we have something extra special on Saturdays, especially a good dessert. The dessert doesn´t have to be fat and make you fel bad after eating it.
I am thinking of making a Light and Easy Mango-Raspberry Tart or a Zucchini Blueberry Bread. The latter being a bread but oh no nice!

Don´t worry too much about what you eat today. Relax and take care of yourself and your family. Tomorrow you continue with you on going healthy style. Just make sure to take an extra serving of vegetables instead of carbs and drink water preferbly.

There are plenty of healthy recipies, you only have to find your favorite.

Enjoy your meal.
