Inner Health

We look at others but are usually unaware of how we look ourselves.
Have you ever looked at someone and thought; at least I not as xxx as her/him. We are judging without taking into consideration why the person is like that. For example, you see a fat lady on the street. You instantly think that she is like this because she eats badly or doesn't exercise.
Well it might be partly true but then again you don't know if she is happy, how she feels about her self or how her health is.
We live in a world where we are very obsessed with weight and looking good and we always try to look our best. But how do we really know how someone else is looking at us?
Is it that important what we think about someone else or what they think about us?
You can also be too critic about yourself. Usually you don't look half as bad you think you do. See self image is a funny thing, you can either be too critic against others, yourself or you can be too relaxed.
Maybe a good self image is included in all this as well? We can always improve.
