Shape up with Inline skating

Inline skating is a great way to burn calories while having fun.
The first few times can be a bit tricky but mostly you will laugh. Skating with a friend makes everything much more fun and you will also have someone to hold on to. When you get the hang of it you will soon want to speed up.
But only from skating moderately you will burn up to 500 calories an hour! Now that sounds pretty good to me. You will have fun and get a great thigh and butt workout at the same time.
Be careful though, use appropriate protection to make sure you don´t have any accidents. Take your time to learn how to skate well and you will have fun for a long time
