Shape up with soccer

Research shows that you get into better shape quicker if you play soccer than if you jog for example.
For me that make me want to put together a team of friends to play soccer a few times a week. I would have fun and get fit at the same time. The results from the research was that the soccer players, whether newbie players or not, responded very well to the training and even gained muscles which was not visible to those who jogged.
