Spice up your salad

Salads can be quite boring unless you know how to really spice them up. Gone are the days when only lettuce and tomato were served together.

My favorite salad is full of extra fibers and vitamins. I always make sure that I have flax seeds and sesame seeds at home, and preferably sunflower seeds as well.
I am a tomato addict so you can find tomatoes in most of my salads.

Adding seeds to your salads make the salad more interesting and your body will thank you for the extra vitamins.
You can also add an egg occasionally to your salad, some extra protein won't do any harm do most of us.
A salad is such a nice thing to serve your lunch or dinner with, you only need to be a bit creative.

You can add lentils, beans, cheese, basically anything you want in the right proportions and still keep the lettuce.
Or make a different dressing to spice it up a bit.
I love eating salads and it's great for our health. And it's really easy to make!
