Spring treats without guilt.

This time of the year your senses starts coming alive again and some how your food instinct becomes more noticeable. You start wanting to eat desserts, have barbecues etc.
And then the guilt comes again, you want to fit into your new bikini that you bought for the summer so you are on a diet and can't eat everything you want.
No panic, you can still enjoy desserts and barbecues. Once again it's only about choosing the right options when you fill your plate.
Add more vegetables to the BBQ, steam vegetables, heat them on the grill. Serve with a nice lemon
dressing. Easy and tasty and no one will notice you are trying not to eat too much.Having a BBQ and want to serve a yummy dessert? Why not try frozen yogurt.
You can either make your own or buy ready made ones.
Simply whisk some yogurt with your choice of berries and put in the freezer. Strawberry is a favorite as well as blueberries. For better consistency use normal yogurt instead of low fat, or mix half and half. Put in the freezer for a few hours, scoop up in a bowl or cone and top with some berries.
See, you can still enjoy eating this spring, no more no to food because you are trying to get in shape.
A simple spring treat you can eat without feeling guilty.
