of what you eat and how much you exercise is to keep a diary.Today few grown-ups write diary's but some many more write in their blog. So why not start a food and exercise blog?
In your blog you can categorize everything you do and keep track of what you have done.
There are different measurements and extras you can add to make it even more inspiring. If you want to keep it secret you can or if you want to share it with others, it's all up to you.
Someone who has started Yet Another WW blog is Jen. She writes about her goals and everyday weight issues from a Weight Watcher point of view. And just like she says; There are thousands of blogs like this out there, so why not start one yourself?
