Walking around town, climbing, water skiing, surfing, play , go riding. All of these things are calorie burning and fun at the same time.
If you worry about eating to much then remember that you won't be on holiday forever. Enjoy it while you can and if you must diet then do a simple diet. Go low on fat for example. Depending on where you are going on holiday but there is usually a large variety on foods and things you have never tried either. You don't want to regret yourself when you come home because you spent your holiday dieting.
A holiday doesn't only mean you go to the beach or go skiing. There are all kinds of holidays available, why not treat yourself to a resort package? Or maybe a yoga course over the weekend or for a longer period of time?
