Exercises For Everyone
by Linda Hernestal da Silva on July 20, 2007

Well did you know that taking a quick rest might not be so bad after all.
Many people believe prolonged exercise will be optimal in order to reduce body fat, but our study has shown that repetitions of shorter exercise may cause enhancements of fat mobilization and utilization during and after the exercise.
This is from a new study that shows that that little rest might actually be good for you.
The research team from Japan will continue to conduct tests to see how valuable these breaks are for our metabolism.
Well it does sound nice I think, a little break is always welcome.
Just make sure you continue afterwards.
