Ten (quite) relaxing calorie burning activities

Weekend is the time for many to organize things at home and that is what you should take advantage of. Here are ten (quite) relaxing calorie burning activities you can do at home. If you don't feel relaxed while doing them you certainly will afterwards.
1: Mow the lawn. This might be one of the last chances to mow the lawn for some. If there is no lawn to mow, then rake leaves.
2: Get organized before winter
comes. Put away all summer clothes and organize wardrobes and winter clothes. Not a high calorie burner but a task that will take some time and stop you from sitting in front of the TV.3: Have a garage sale. Stand up and make sure you walk around to show people the benefits of what you are selling. Will definitely burns some calories after a long day.
4: Take the kids to the park. You can relax while the kids run around and play. And if your child is anything like mine you will have to run around after her/him to make sure s/he doesn't get up to anything s/he shouldn't. Definitely a calorie burner and if not; a well deserved time for you to relax.
6: Clean out the attic. Or similar storage place in your house that you haven't cleaned for a long time.
7: Go for a massage. Definitely relaxing and your body will burn more calories afterwards while you continue to relax.
8: Do the gardening. Now is a good time to spend some time in the garden. Still not to cold and not too warm. A nice and relaxing activity with a good calorie burn.
9: Have a party! Who will have to do the cleaning? You do and that will at least burn what you ate the night before.
10: House improvements burn quite a lot of calories if you do it for a few hours. Maybe one of your rooms are in need of a color change? Time to take out the paint bucket.
And you can also do like the girl in the picture; give the dog a wash. Everything burns calories.
