That little belly
That little belly that you have might be a greater danger than you think. The extra fat on your belly is connected with heart diseases among others and that doesn´t sound too fun does it?

How much is a little? Well that is a good question. Too much is when you can grab it with your hand I´d say.
The belly is also what most people seem to think is quite difficult to get rid of. But something that is really good is walking!

Walking is an excellent choice of exercise and a few extra kilometers a week will surely help you get rid of that extra you´ve added around your waistlinks!

Well I´ve measured mine and I can tell you that I will definitely start walking more. It sure can´t be bad. As long as you walk , may it be fast or slow, it´s good for you! And now summer is approaching so grab your loved one for a romantic walk on the beach! Perfect ending on a long day.
